We reserve the right of refusal to let out the property at our sole discretion and without giving any reason. We also reserve the right to curtail or cancel any booking if we have reason to believe that there is any abuse of the service offered - again - at our sole discretion.
A deposit of half the total amount is required for securing a reservation.
Full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date.
Refundable $300 deposit maybe required with each rental. It is returned if there are no damages.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled 45 days prior to arrival will be refunded less a $500 cancellation fee, less than 45 days will forfeit all monies.
Keys are to be picked up at the main gate , which is operational round the clock. Instructions will be sent to you via email, prior to your arrival.

• Check-In Time is 4.00 pm and Check-Out time is 11.00am. Please note that we sometimes have guests coming in on the same day as one is leaving, hence we need 4 hours to provide house-keeping services.
• There is free wifi access at the Condo.
• There is cable TV in the living room.
• Washer and dryer are located in the condo itself. Detergent has been provided.
• Snow Plowing: The roads and driveway are plowed by the maintenance personnel. The pavements are heated.
• Garbage bags are provided in the kitchen below the sink. The garbage dump is located in the underground parking area, next to the Garage Door.
• We provide bed linen, towels, soap, paper towels, coffee maker, and a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, plates and silverware. House-keeping cleans the Condo prior to your arrival and after you leave. For additional cleaning, you may google search for local cleaning agencies. Please settle your charges with them directly.
• Radiant Heat: The condo is heated by heat emitting from the flooring.
(Imp: Please move the thermostats incrementally, and allow one hour to feel the results. If you move the thermostat too rapidly by moving the thermostat by a large amount, it will warm up and the place will get too warm for comfort and will stay that way for a long period of time before cooling off).
• A rack located at the main entrance to the lodge has flyers offering information and discounts on shopping, ski, bike rentals and local activities.
• Strictly No Smoking is allowed in the house. Smoking in the house will result in the immediate eviction and forfeiture of any balance stay.
• No pets are allowed in the house.
• Do not wear Ski Boots or Golf Shoes in the condo.
• The nearest grocery store is Village Market, which is 2.3 miles going south (turn left) at the main security gate. Two blocks ahead of Village Market, there are several restaurants and bars serving American, Italian, Mexican and Asian cuisines. There is a City Market as well as a Walmart in the vicinity
